Estate History: Canella is a family-owned winery and producer based in San Don? di Piave in the Veneto, founded in 1947 by Luciano Canella. Long respected for their Prosecco and traditional Veneto sparkling wines, Canella became famous for creating the Bellini ? a sparkling wine and white peach blend inspired by the legendary cocktail invented at Harry's Bar in Venice. Today the Puccini, named after the great Italian composer, remains one of their most beloved and distinctive sparkling beverages, made with carefully selected peach pur?e and Prosecco from the Treviso hills.
