Tasting Notes: This is a fantastic sparkler, an elevated Brut Rosato made entirely from Nebbiolo in Serralunga d’Alba. This creamy wine blasts small red berry fruit and botanical herb from the glass. The palate is silky smooth with dried strawberry, red cherry,and a little pastry cream. Bright acidity keeps it superbly balanced and fresh.
