Tasting Notes: The Cleto Chiarli Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro is made exclusively with organic grapes this is a semi-sweet Lambrusco with an intensely red color and fruity bouquet. The palate is lively and fruit-forward with persistent bubbles. Pairs well with first courses, roasts, hard cheeses and puddings.
Estate History: Founded in 1860, the Cleto Chiarli winery was the very first wine-producing company in the Emilia-Romagna region. For more than 150 years, the family has been producing a full-range of elegant wines, including their ever-popular Lambrusco typical of Emilia-Romagna.
