Tasting Notes: A white wine made from the red Nerello Mascalese grape, pressed gently to avoid color, with aromas of citrus, white peach, red apple skin and volcanic minerality. Fresh and taut with a saline, lightly textured finish. Pair with raw seafood, grilled fish or fresh cheeses.
Estate History: Ayunta is a small Etna project farming old, high-altitude vineyards on the northern side of the volcano with a minimal-intervention approach.
