Dark cherry, lavender, mint, black raspberry all folds seamlessly around a core of perfectly balanced acidity. The tannins are impossibly fine, caressing the palate before the acidity kicks in, demanding you take another taste. This wine is currently in a great spot but will only improve with another several years of cellaring.
