Tasting Notes: A red from the Tuscan coast near Suvereto, in the Val di Cornia, where warm sea breezes and mineral soils produce rich, structured wines. Deep ruby, it offers aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum, Mediterranean herbs and spice, with a full, supple palate and firm, ripe tannins. Pair with grilled steak, lamb chops, wild boar stew or aged cheeses.
Estate History: Petra is the Suvereto estate of the Moretti family, known for its striking winery designed by architect Mario Botta.
