Tasting Notes: The 2020 Sassicaia is incredibly finessed and elegant, the finest example of a Super Tuscan wine. The blend is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. 2018 saw 19 months in oak, about two-thirds of which was new. Aromatic and bright, while still very nimble and complex, Sassicaia is sublime in the glass and will only improve with a few years in the cellar.
