Tasting Notes: Pale straw with a soft, creamy mousse and aromas of white flowers, citrus, peach and brioche. Made from Chardonnay at lower pressure, as Satèn requires, the palate is silky and elegant with a fresh, lingering finish. Pair with seafood, risotto or as an aperitivo.
Estate History: Contadi Castaldi is a Franciacorta winery in Adro, part of the Terra Moretti group, housed in a restored former brick kiln.
